Weights 4 Women was set up to provide information and articles to help educate, improve self-confidence and empower ALL women to perform their best in the gym.

The website provides a large range of informative articles as well as interviews with athletes and coaches who all share a passion for weight training.

The gym has never been a more popular place, with women from all backgrounds, shapes and sizes actively getting involved. We are proud to be a part of that journey and have been championing the cause since 2013.
